Throughout my career in retail banking and executive leadership, I found the work I enjoyed most was helping teams grow, improving the way organizations operate, and creating experiences that truly serve both employees and customers well.

My professional journey has given me the opportunity to lead multi-branch teams, guide operational improvements, support large-scale system implementations, and mentor leaders through growth and change. But beyond the titles and projects, what matters most to me is helping organizations create clarity, confidence, accountability, and a culture where people feel supported and empowered to succeed.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son, our two pups, being outdoors and enjoying nature, cooking, and continuing to invest in my growth through ongoing professional development and learning.
